Discostan is a diasporic discotheque which imagines past, present and future soundscapes from Beirut to Bangkok via Bombay. Over the last six years, this space has grown to be an interactive forum and space of convergence for QTPOC of the SWANA region.

With roots in Turkey, Dj Berrin Baş plays a soundtapestry of everything she grew up with. She will make your hips snap and your back crack! Turkish çiftetelli’s, arabesque, disco, pop, trap, techno you name it, all of it from SWA regions.

An early-bird partout ticket costs DKK 300 (+ fee) // After March 31, the partout tickets cost DKK 500 (+ fee)
A day ticket costs DKK 100 (+ fee) for young people under 30 // DKK 150 (+ fee) for adults over 30.

ABOUT SPOR FESTIVAL
Anne Marqvardsen and Anna Berit Asp Christesen are behind SPOR festival. Together, they seek to present the festival's audience with the latest trends in sound and tone art. They want to ensure a broad diversity in the programme, and work closely with the respective artists in their curation.
SPOR Festival is an annual festival that since 2005 has filled Aarhus with a number of different musical universes, works and performances.
