Calm and immersive Sunday Yoga concert

We begin this Sunday with a very pleasant yoga concert. Here, yoga instructor Nikita Lindholm Christensen guides us through gentle movements to improvised notes from the local sitar master Snöleoparden aka Jonas Stampe. The yoga concert is a movement format we know from the turquoise tent at Aarhus Festuge, but functions here as a concert in a house where we want to let the music embrace and move us in more formats than the classic concert form. The movements on the yoga mat are framed by Snöleoparden's endearing sitar playing, which is suitable for your soft and delicious Sunday. He is a student of Ravi Shankar himself, who taught him to play the sitar and introduced him to North Indian classical music.

The yoga instruction takes place at a level where everyone can participate. The only thing you have to remember is to bring your own mat. We look forward to seeing you!
