Bedouin Burger is a new Lebanese-Syrian duo consisting of Lynn Adib and Zeid Hamdan.

Throughout her nomadic life, Lynn Adib has flirted with both jazz and classical Arab musical traditions and tried to unite the two. Adib's musical education in both flute and singing has brought her from Damascus to Paris, and today she fuses Arabic harmonies with the complexity and audacity of jazz.

Zeid Hamdan is known as the "Pope of underground music in the Middle East". He has been able to restore a taste for Arab music to a whole generation with tasty productions as his only secret. He has composed everything from political music to the soundtrack of the Oscar-nominated film Nadine Labaki.

Producing their first two tracks in 2020, the duo immediately captured the interest of PopArabia and thus became part of the American label Reservoir's Middle Eastern division. Together, the two now explore the Middle Eastern music traditions and elegantly mix them with other sounds, instruments, and tonalities. Join us when they visit Denmark and make their way into turkis.
