Kaleiido creates sound collages that change with each note like sunshine in a kaleidoscope!

Guitarist Anna Roemer and saxophonist Cecilie Strange have joined forces for a common musical vision — to create music that moves in time, space and place. With roots in jazz and the tradition of improvisation, they have created an atmospheric and ambient sound, where the instruments lean on each other in an intimate way.

That same evening, we have pleasure of presenting Kosmos Trio, who play original, modern jazz in a minimalist and Nordic-sounding sound universe. An up-and-coming, young trio who, in their concerts, always look for that in the music that speaks most directly to themselves and the listener.

KALEIIDO

Kaleiido performs live with changing guest performers ranging from duo to sextet, which means that their expression and sound are also in constant change and development. This evening you have the pleasure of experiencing the duo playing together with the two guest artists Victor Dybbroe and Jens Mikkel on percussion and double bass. With their radical dogma that nothing is agreed upon in advance, they push the boundaries of what improvised music can be. The duo's distinctive style has created excitement among the audience and not least among reviewers at home and abroad.

KOSMOS TRIO

Kosmos Trio deals with an immediacy and a simple, comprehensible language that weaves itself into the often complex compositions. A field of tension that makes Kosmos Trio an interesting and wide-ranging group, which with its musical sensitivity undoubtedly ensures a present and great concert experience. In October 2022, the trio released their debut album "Brev til en ven", which has been warmly received both at home and abroad.
