BEAUTIFUL TUNES AND CONVERSATION
Something special happens when we sing together. Throughout the evening, we will explore exactly what arises when we sing. The Greenlandic choir Aavaat will invite the audience to join in the sense of community that emerges across languages and cultures when we sing together. In connection with the concert, a panel of experts will discuss singing traditions and cultures in both Greenland and Europe, and how song can serve as a foundation for meaningful and equal dialogue.
The program is part of Aarhundredes Festival and is co-created with Det Grønlandske Hus in Aarhus.
