PLAYFIGHT DEEP DIVE

This will be a weekend to discover the true potential of this practice. Open to both those who have never done Playfight before and experienced Playfighters. Experience the therapeutic benefits of Playfight. In fact behind every struggle, lies a conflict, often unconscious. Payfight becomes a safe container to connect and transform these conflicts in an embodied way.
We especially recommend this event if

• you are stuck on some meaningful topics in your life, and you wish to explore these topics beyond mere words using the wisdom of your body and emotions

• you want to learn to fight FOR something and not AGAINST something

• you want to improve your awareness while being fully engaged

• you want to bring back playfulness and innocence in your daily life
