Join us for a beautiful ecstatic dance session where everyone is welcome, including your kids!
Aaron Benjamin Butcher facilitates the event with the intension of creating a space where young people see adults moving and dancing freely, setting a powerful example without the influence of alcohol. By expressing yourself through movement, you can inspire the next generation. This Ecstatic dance is with kids not for kids, so don't mind if you dont have any kids yourself, you are still welcome to enjoy yourself bring your inner child and the good company.
In this space, everyone is welcomed into radical self-expression and acceptance. Do yoga, stretch, dance like no one is watching, or just chill, meditate, and enjoy the music. This event is inclusive and open to kids—bring the whole family to share in the joy!
No dance experience is required. Come as you are and let the journey unfold.
PROGRAM
➤ 17:30: Doors open (Please arrive by 17:50 as we start sharp.)
➤ 18:00-20:30: Opening Circle Warm-Up Exercises: Yoga and light contact improvisation (no experience needed). Dance Journey: Feel the rhythm, express yourself, and experience the energy ebb and flow. Soft landing: Wind down with soothing sounds and beats. Closing Circle: End in unity, seated together.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
➤ No talking on the dancefloor.
➤ No cellphones.
➤ No street shoes on the dancefloor.
➤ No showing up drunk or drugged.
➤ Respect the space and others' space.
➤ Pictures and videos only with consent.
Approaching Others: Listen for a Yes (eye contact first). Respect any No (when ignored). Hands in prayer means, "Thank you for the dance (that just ended)."
