DENALI SOUND SYSTEM

For over 12 years, Denali Sound has built their "sound" by collecting vinyl, building boxes, promoting bass culture, and presenting many great artists. Denali Sound was founded in 2006 by Nick Sangill Mikkelsen, who also founded "Raggapak" the same year (formerly the Danish Reggae Festival). When Denali is involved, you can expect heavy bass, Roots, and Culture. Denali plays dub, steppers, roots, and jungle spiced with rare obscure tracks and dubplates.

SMILETS HIFI

Smilets Hi-Fi is a music collective from Aarhus, built around a shared love for dub, particularly the heavier and faster variant called steppers. With two gigs at Bolsjefabrikken in Copenhagen under their belt, Smilets Hi-Fi is ready to take on their home turf in Aarhus with dubs and home-brewed productions when Denali brings their hefty sound. It's going to be heavy!
